PFT Bargaining Survey: Member Satisfaction Data
Last month we shared our 2020-21 negotiating priorities based on the PFT Bargaining Survey results. Other questions in the survey relate to the level of satisfaction you feel as a Member of PFT. Our goal is to continuously improve as your representatives as we stand strong together in PFT. Please click on the link below to view the results. Your elected PFT Executive Board and Rep Council are reviewing the results to set goals and to potentially modify survey questions to better target needs.
As teacher professionals, we value continuous growth in our practice, which is reflected in our evaluation system (the Teacher Professional Learning and Effectiveness System or TPLES). Site Principals also engage in a growth focused evaluation process. The PFT Principal/ELF survey allows teacher voice to be a part of this process. For results to be shared with site principals, 50% of the PFT Members at your site must complete the ELF survey. If your site meets this threshold, the Site Principal and PFT Rep will meet and collaboratively discuss patterns and trends that appear in the feedback and will work together to create a communication plan to share information with staff. Your site principal will also use this information as one of the multiple measures to assist in goal setting when meeting with LSS Site Supervisors. Please complete the ELF survey by Monday February 24th (the day we return from break by 11:45 p.m.).
