In the Representative Council meeting of September 2015 the Site Representatives
formally approved compensation schedules for all PFT officers and staff personnel.
They are set forth below.
Salary Structure for PFT President:
The compensated workday is 8 hours and the compensated work year is 221 days. The salary is proportional to the base from the maximum step, column E, on Salary Schedule I. Step increases of $1000 every 2 years to a maximum 8 steps. Step credit of $500 per year given for previous union staff experience.
The current salary of President Kelly Logan is $174,888 (effective 7/1/23)
Salary Structure for PFT Staff:
The compensated workday is 8 hours and the compensated work year is 206 days. The salary is proportional to the base from the maximum step, column E, on Salary Schedule I. Step increases of $500 per year to a maximum of 8 steps.
The current salary of Director Patrick Keough is $158,459 (effective 7/1/24) and Director Crystal Ochoa is $159,459 (effective 7/1/24).
Stipend Structure for Executive Council other than PFT President or Staff:
The stipend for officers other than the PFT President shall be $8,000. Neither the President, nor staff members (Directors) shall be compensated for participation in the Executive Council.
The current Officers that are compensated at the $8,000 stipend rate are:
- Tore Blichfeldt - Vice President High School
- Greg Strachan - Vice President Middle School
- Stephanie Martin - Vice President Elementary School
- Russ Flynn - Vice President Special Education
- Aimee McCoy - Secretary
- Michelle Derksen - Treasurer
