· The District COVID-19 Dashboard will be updated to include community-based as well as school-based cases retroactive to December 1 (First week after Thanksgiving Break).

2. SRP: Supplementary Retirement Program
· PFT and PUSD have negotiated a Supplementary Retirement Program for 2020-2021, pending PUSD School Board Approval.
· 105 teachers needed to trigger.
· PFT will send out additional information upon Board approval. School Board Meeting is tonight
3. Asynchronous Days for Secondary and On Campus Elementary Teachers
· Implementation of Asynchronous days at Secondary and On Campus Elementary is dependent on School Board approval at tonight’s meeting.
· Based on survey results, PFT recommends an Asynchronous Day once a week, on Friday for Secondary and two Fridays per month for On Campus Elementary.
· Regarding Asynchronous Days for On Campus Elementary, PFT recognizes that there are strong feelings both for and against implementation of Asynchronous Time. Our decision to make the recommendation of two Fridays a month was based on the results of the surveys. A majority of teachers indicated a desire for an Asynchronous Day twice a month. Full results of the survey were shared with all members. Please contact PFT or your site rep if you have questions or concerns regarding this matter.
